8–12 weeks out
- Confirm venue load-in / load-out windows
- Define general session run-of-show
- Identify AV power and rigging requirements
4–6 weeks out
- Finalize staging footprint and sight lines
- Confirm IMAG and presentation flow
- Schedule full cue-to-cue rehearsal
1 week out
- Walk all cues with show caller
- Confirm backup plans for critical systems
